Improvements to Congress Street begin | Public Spaces

TROY - The next phase of infrastructure improvement work along Congress Street is set to begin on Upper Congress Street this Monday, April 2. The repairs will take place between 11th Street and Pawling Avenue.

In addition to new street paving, sidewalks, and lighting, the city will also be replacing the storm and sanitary sewer systems, and replacing the water line.

Some residents should expect some inconvienence or service distruption during construction.
