Police arrest man in connection with Troy fire | News
TROY - In Troy, police have just announced the arrest of a man suspected of setting a weekend fire that left 17 people homeless.
Police say 19-year-old Craig Stott deliberately set fire to his apartment building on River Street Saturday afternoon.
Stott is expected to be arraigned on arson and reckless endangerment charges on Wednesday.
Many of the 17 people left homeless by the fire were children.
