The city of Troy is gearing up for Earth Day.
Mayor Harry Tutunjian has announced that the city will host Earth Day activities on Saturday, April 30.
An organizational meeting with neighborhood groups and residents interested in learning more will be held on Monday March 7 at 6 p.m. in Conference Room A of Troy City Hall.
“Earth Day is a great opportunity to get involved in your neighborhood by taking ownership of your area and help cleaning it up. Whether you’re a regular neighborhood group participant or first-time volunteer, I encourage all residents to attend the organizational meeting,” said Tutunjian in a statement.
