“Receiving a flu shot is vital to protecting one’s own health and the health of others who could face serious health problems from the flu. I am hopeful that those who have not already received their flu shot will take advantage of this free clinic and help limit the spread of the flu,” said Rensselaer County Executive, Kathleen Jimino in a statement.
The clinic is on Saturday, February 12 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Mink’s Firehouse at 595 Broadway in the City of Rensselaer.
Registration for the clinic is not required. For more information about the upcoming clinic or other public health programs the County provides, contact the Rensselaer County Department of Health at 518-270-2655.
