Sanders indicted for hit and run | Crime
TROY - The man being charged in a hit and run traffic fatality in Troy was indicted today.
Roy Sanders turned himself in on Wednesday to face charges in the death of 6 year-old Jahvion Perez-Rosario.
Police believe Sanders ran over the boy on 10th Street Monday night before driving off.
