WATERFORD, N.Y. - A traffic stop in Waterford led to the arrest of a Troy man on a felony charge.
Police say 40 year-old Henry Desonyers was driving without a seatbelt, but when they checked his name they realized he has quite a history.
Police say he's been stopped 49 times for driving with a suspended license dating back to 1989.
Desonyers was taken to the Saratoga County jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.
