Scott Earl tours Boys and Girls Club | Community Spirit

The founder of County Waste is getting a big thank you tonight from people in Troy.

Scott Earl toured the newly remodeled Boys and Girls Club today along with Mayor Rosamilia and former Troy mayor, Harry Tutunjian.

Earl was there to see how his donation of roughly two million dollars has been spent.

He says he is very proud of what the organization has done.

As thanks, the club presented Earl with a plaque and a basket of gifts.
